Con el alquiler vacacional es posible obtener hasta un 100% más de beneficio que con el alquiler de larga temporada, aunque suele requerir una mayor inversión en tiempo y recursos por parte del propietario.

Home Encanto Marbella puede encargarse de todo, desde el análisis previo, listado de la propiedad en Airbnb, Booking, etc. gestión de las comunicaciones y reservas con los huéspedes, registro legal del alojamiento turístico en la Consejería de Turismo de la Junta de Andalucía, check-in y check-out 24 horas, mantenimiento y reposición de stock, etc.

Actualmente estamos trabajando en Málaga en la región de la Costa del Sol, con el foco principal en la zona de Marbella, Estepona a Sotogrande.
